I quite liked The Left Hand of Darkness and I've been meaning to read another book from Ursula K. Le Guin for ages. However, this was not it sis.

Ya know I'm struggling with a book when I switch to audiobook. And even then, I was struggling to finish this.

Do I like the ideas discusses here and the different parallels discussed in both Anarres and Urras. But I couldn't care less about the characters. AT ALL. So flat, such wet blankets, meeeeeeeeehhhhhh.

Will I eventually read another book from her? Most likely since I'm quite interested in trying out the Earthsea series.

And I cannot deny the impact she has in modern Sci fi genre still to this day. So many things explored here and are very much current and explored in modern works.
