Fast paced with short chapters and 3 main  POVs made it a very easy quick read which I completed in 2 sittings!

I enjoyed the writing style with the details provided - particular in the surgical scenes. I found the main character Dr Jones  interesting though wish we had more depth
Like why she suffers from Trichophagia and her triggers
- the other 2 POVs of  Rachel and Margot were a bit lack luster.

I had very high expectations with the plot but felt a little let down as 2 of the 3 POVs are provided to create these sub plots which just felt surface level and a bit disappointing and the main plot twist was something I did predict at the 70% mark so wasn’t as impactful as it could have been.

The fact Margot was never pregnant - this realisation just feel so flat for me in the end. The request of Dr Jones about killing Margot as a final betrayal was a bit predictable given we knew that she wanted to talk in private with the gunmen and had already established she didn’t have the blackmail money

I did like the final chapter resolve a lot at it did give an eeriness to the end of book which I liked but overall I feel that it would of been a stronger story if focused on delving deeper into Dr. Jones’ POV instead of the other 2.
