I really thought i’d dislike this one. It’s all about Hollywood teen heartthrobs, soapy shows and vibes, and a lot of shit that i genuinely don’t care about AT ALL. Having said that, as is often the case with Dahlia Adler’s books, i ended up enjoying it a lot more than i thought.
For me it was like a bag of halloween candy, though… I needed to kinda pace myself, and was definitely feeling a little nauseous and gross at times while reading it. Which turned out to be part of the enjoyment factor.
