Shopaholic to the Stars by Sophie Kinsella
3.0

Like other reviewers, I was somewhat frustrated with Becky in this book. While I usually enjoy reading about her mishaps, I found that the mishaps in this book made Becky seem selfish and I spent most of the time feeling embarrassed by her actions and couldn't believe that Luke and Suze would put up with the way they were being treated (and that they would eventually
Spoiler instantly forgive her in the end
)! For the first time in the series, the book ends with a cliffhanger, so despite my frustration with Becky, I will indeed have to pick up the next in the series to see what happens with her father and Tarkie.

I also found the cover blurb wasn't a great description of the book, as the events described don't happen until half way through, and even then, Becky spends about 5 seconds as the stylist of Luke's client's rival!!

Overall, an odd addition to the Shopaholic series...
