The Lincoln Highway by Amor Towles

3.0

3.5 instead of 4 stars, mostly because Duchess was one of the most aggravating characters I've ever encountered in a work of fiction. Amor Towles' writing is magical as always, which is probably how he was able to write such a trying personality so well. The homages to old-timey road trip novels and ancient mythology were a delight.

I want a book about Ulysses and Abacus and their adventures.
