I overall get frustrated at books that have communication as the main issue, and this book was no different in that due to the lack of communication, tensions built as did assumptions and misunderstandings, however, what made me enjoy it was that there was a consequence to the lack of communication. That tension finally made something snap and there was something very satisfying in that there was a consequence to not communicating as opposed to everything working itself out and everyone living life happily.
I also really appreciated the formatting, I had heard that quite a few people dnf'd this book because the couldn't get into it physically, but I found it really easy and interesting to go through.
There were a lot of strong women in this book, and they were all strong in different ways which made this book and their characters even better.
