Hunting Shadows by Charles Todd

4.0

I love this series, so I'm not sure how I missed two- but now I've got a dessert plate in my book stack.
I do love Inspector Rutledge. He is consistent throughout the series and I appreciate the authors' writing of his continued struggle with claustrophobia and ptsd. I felt that Hamish was really a back seat character in this story and I missed him. That connection is one of my favorite parts of the series.
I did not know that snipers were considered dishonorable by the British, so I learned something here.
Looking forward to the next.
