The author kindly gifted me a copy of this ebook. A review, good or bad, was not expected, nor given, in return.

23/1 - I didn't want this to end. I wanted to know more about what happened to Colton, how the crash happened - was it the priest or purely an accident - who the red-haired boy was and what the hell he was doing on the OUTSIDE of the truck (and more). I loved the priest (in the way that you love a great horror character), very creepy, as soon as Juliet bumped into him I was disturbed and I got the feeling that I had while watching the movie Wolf Creek (an Australian horror movie loosely, vaguely based on a RL Australian serial killer - Ivan Milat) - a sense of creeping dread, of being hunted and herded towards my death (well, not mine, the characters', but you know what I mean) and no matter which road I take he's expecting it and waiting for me. You can't escape because, somehow he knows what you're going to do and where you're going to run and he doesn't have to run after you because he'll get you in the end, no matter what (it's making my palms sweat and my heart race just writing about it).

To the author: Can there be sequels?

Highly recommended for lovers of fear induced sweaty palms and erratic heart beats.
