This book was phenomenal!! I really enjoyed the first book but I was hesitant to continue reading the series just because I felt like I didn’t know the characters or the world enough - it all felt very surface level. This book completely changed that!! I feel like I ended up knowing all of the characters as if they were friends and the book had so much more emotion throughout it. The plot also felt much richer and I could not put the book down. The cliffhanger at the end too!!! Noooo, I was so shocked by the ending and I can’t wait to continue the next book.
