This book will live rent free in my head! What a bloody amazing read! So many plot twists! Lenora was actually Virginia? Virginia had the baby & miss baker took him away. Patrick (kits father) was actually Rick who was virginias lover.. Lenora & Rick died when the house collapsed. Jesse was virginias granddaughter? Yet Jessie was kits niece? Jesse’s dad was named Marcel which was virginias son.. Patrick (Rick) killed Mary because she knew the truth… the mum of Lenora & Virginia stabbed the dad Winston then Rick stabbed the mum. Virginia went to hang herself.
