For the most part, this is one of the best entries in the STRAIGHT GUYS series. It's drama filled and the miscommunication trope is definitely employed (which I don't mind).
20-year-old Miles Hardaway visits the US for the first time but things don't go as planned. Before long, he is working as an intern for Ian Caldwell, a successful business man in this early thirties. Ian is cold and controlling, and for some reason, he keeps staring at Miles.
You definitely have to suspend your disbelieve quite a bit for this story but the romance is worth it.
