Books 1-3 combined review:

The twistiest must read thriller trilogy!

Detective Sam Porter is on a short deadline to find a serial killer terrorizing Chicago. When he discovers a diary at a crime scene, he's teleported to the mind of a psychopath. In real time, they're trying to catch the killer. In the diary, Sam is learning more about the killer's past.

Read if you love...
✨thrillers
✨a fast paced Criminal Minds episode
✨so many details
✨multi-perspective
✨many mini cliffhangers

Y'all. if you love twisty thrillers and Criminal Minds, you NEED to read this trilogy!

I will say, you have to read all three books and you have to read them in order to understand what's happening & to have everything solved.

My favorite thing about this trilogy is the details. You'll read a one off line and question why you need to know that, only for it to come back later in the book or the next / last book and be important. Barker absolutely was intentional about each and every thing, weaving in details so perfectly and in such an absolutely mind blowing way!

My second favorite thing is it's multi-perspective, which means many mini cliffhangers. Every time I've read this trilogy, I've been unable to put the books down because it's so fast paced and because chapters end on mini cliffhangers and then you switch perspectives so you have to wait to get back to each character to find out what happens. And it's just a 100/10 chef's kiss perfection of a page turner!

Every thing else I want to say are spoilers so please go read this trilogy so we can tell about it!
