This had a lot of my favourite things… dark academia, vampires, sapphic love story…and while I kept turning the pages to see what would happen next I still felt like it was missing a lot. It felt rushed and incomplete which is such a sad way to feel when I loved A Dowry of Blood so so much.

Still pick this up if you like the same things I do, but really lower your expectations.
