The Importance of Being Earnest
by Oscar Wilde
Funny and quite absurd dialogues. A witty satire of the society of the time, and some of it applies to society today too. The plot is easy to follow and I enjoyed reading this play.
"All women become like their mothers. That is their tragedy. No man does. That's his."
"Why should there be one law for men, and another for women?"
