The prose in this book is breathtakingly beautiful in some spots. The plot moved a little too fast for me I think? But maybe if it had been slower I would have gotten bored. I liked the central characters a good deal, especially the main and her love interest who feel similar to Jude and Carden from the Cruel Prince, but not in a bad way.
