ejharding 's review for:
The Three Musketeers
by Alexandre Dumas
I recently gave this a re-read, through and audiobook, after reading TCOMC and I had totally forgotten how amusing it was. I was chuckling and rolling my eyes everytime one of the four chased after someone to duel and funny and snappy the dialogue was. I had also forgotten that technically the cardinal wasn't the 'bad' guy at the end and everyone ended up as friends, or near to it. I think I'm going to miss the humour when I start Twenty Years After, as I've heard it is more sombre.
