🎧 The blurb caught my interest and it started off strong and the first couple of chapters were intriguing. But it went downhill from there and was such a slow burn and really was dragged out to the point of it could have been a much shorter listen. The storyline was very predictable and I had different aspects pegged early on but was hoping I’d be pleasantly surprised with some twists and turns but they never really transpired. I did like Bill and Paige as characters and found them to be well developed. Unfortunately I found the outcome and explanation really underwhelming. It was meh 🫤…
