i love an insecure mmc that needs reassurance ugh 
this was so so so cute and the characters actually felt like soulmates fr 
buttttt then the last conflict happened and i got saurrrrrrr annoyed akhdks my bookish unpopular opinion is that i dont rly mind third act breakups but this??????? THIS???????????????? this enraged me sm esp bc it was just so freaking stupid to the point that it ruined the magic of the book for me and i was just annoyed (esp w bea n her stupid reasoning) for the rest of it
