I love this series and Holly Jackson’s style of multimedia writing here. Listening to the audiobook was a treat because they are making a podcast and have different VAs do the different parts as Pip is interviewing people. The end

felt a little random to me?? Like oh here’s the son of a prolific serial killer we know nothing about to tie it all together? It felt a little forced compared to the first book where the ending was also far fetched but made a lot more sense. I like when mysteries give me a CHANCE to figure it out, where I literally never could’ve guessed this. But I know some people prefer that in a mystery so it is what it is.
