When you meet Griffin, he's an obviously shy man who's obvious crush on Byron, the barista, but can't seem to get the words out, even to correct his name. He's moved into a new apartment and his landlady is a bit out there, but he's starting over and is happy. Until everything falls through the same night he meets West. I enjoyed how the story played out, how West was willing to help Griffin with his confidence issues that will help him get a job and the guy. It's a sweet, sometimes a bit dark, but the friendship that developed between West and Griffin made the romance between Griffin and Byron better. A good read!!
