Reese has picked another fantastic book for June! The Cactus is equally funny, emotional, and progressive. I enjoyed the journey Susan took through her pregnancy and the loss of her mother, and related to her quirks many times. There was a twist that I definitely didn’t see coming, but found effective in developing both the plot and character. A perfect book for those who wanted more of Elinor Oliphant!
