The Devil's Third by Rebekkah Ford

4.0

This is the third book in the series and the other two need to be read first.

Paige Reed has the power of Solomon's ring inside her and is trying to decide on her course of action. With boyfriend Nathan Creswell by her side as well as best friends Carrie and Tree they are working together to discover what Paige's real role is in the fight for power between the dark forces.

When Carrie ends up in a coma, Paige must make certain decisions to save the life of another or get her own happily ever after. When Paige must make a deal with Bael will she make the right choice or will her decision result in harm to those she is trying to protect?

This is such a great conclusion to this series!

I love the emphasis on friendship throughout this series and I think this book really emphasizes the type of person that Paige is and how important her friends are to her. She would do anything to protect them, even if it meant that she would end up alone.

Yet that also shows Paige the type of person who is truly right for her and again in this story I felt that Brayden was really not the person I wanted Paige to be with. Although he cares about Paige undoubtedly he doesn't really understand the type of person that she really is.

Nathan is still absolutely awesome and I loved how he really knows Paige well and that she wouldn't be leaving him unless it was absolutely necessary. He fought to discover the truth of the situation and was rewarded with the actual truth. He would do anything for Paige and her friends and his love for her was true.

I'm very curious to see if there is more closure for Ameerah after this story as I really thought she did deserve to cross over to be with Nadia.

The scene in the cave definitely held some surprises for me and it definitely paved the way for future books involving all of the characters.

Great conclusion - if this is the end!
