🧠 My thoughts 

The artwork of this book was magnificent. The palette reflected the story and the mood of the book very well. The story was heart-wrenching. Seeing a fellow Asian struggling with cultural identity, depression, toxic domestic relationships, and so on just broke my heart because it was pretty relatable. If I could speak to the author, I would tell her that there was no issue with your eyes, they were beautiful as they were.
