I enjoyed this lots! So many fun animal characters and so much delicious food. I liked that there were complex backgrounds and secondary relationships for each of the main characters — it felt a little messier and more adult than some rom-coms. I liked it and I downloaded the second audiobook in the series before finishing! It’s been over a month since I finished it and I don’t remember much, so it’s a four-star read for me, but I’ll happily read more.
