Didn't really like it. I found it annoying at times and skipped several chaoter because I just didn't care for the content. Mentioning goodreads as many times and it was felt weirdly illegal? Pleade don't name drop twitter in your books, i crineg each time. It just dates a book, twitter isnt even twitter anymore, its X or whatever. In fact dont mention any sociak medias by name ever, please!
All the shit talking conservatives kind of left a bad taste in my mouth ( I'm a liberal ). It feels like shes trying to convince herself that shes a good person just because she voted blue. That's not at all how it works girl. It's just a very black and white way to view the world. The ending, I wasn't a fan. A part of me kind of wanted her to get away with it, not because I liked June, but I feel like that would've been a better commentary?
I don't know alot about the author or her past, but this felt like a self insert.
Overall, wouldn't recommend.
