“Josh this is my big-mouthed sister, Christine.”
“Very big,” Christine adds with a smile as she offers her hand. “And I’ve heard you’ve got a very big—” “Television!” Lynsey finishes, squeezing her nieces’ shoulders to her sides, her face stricken with guilt.

I enjoyed reading about Lynsey and Josh’s story. It was different from having a tire shop romance which was nice. I did feel like their was less comedy in this story but that could just be me.

This story was a mixture of enemies to lovers, forced proximity, accidental pregnancy & grumpy/sunshine.

Even though there was a little bit less comedy the author did include real life events such as the mention of cancer and how that can effect someone’s life and career. And you could see the struggle of that in both of the main characters which I admired.

As for comedy, I loved reading the banter between Lynsey and Dean, and how Dean was really supportive/protective of Lynsey. I loved seeing the character from the previous books as well as reading about how their relationships are progressing and how happy they all are! 😍

I just love how Amy Daws is connecting these stories today through a timeline of events. For example, there was a scene in ‘Next in line’ that was included in this book to show their POV which I loved! I can’t wait to see what other connections/links the next books will bring! x
