This is one of the sweetest stories I've ever read!
I loved the adventure side of it, and the romance had me going 'awww' plenty of times.
I do believe this is the first time I read a book where the main characters are LGBT+, and it was a pleasure to see Raiden and Egan's relationship flourish with so much acceptance around them.
I truly needed a story that made me smile right now. There are troubling challenges for the protagonists, but there's also goodwill, kindness, and so much love. A breath of fresh air.
