something weird is in the air with the books i’m reading this month. this book started off great, enemies to lovers and one bed trope while fake dating was so well displayed. but the more i got through the book, the more lia’s character just raised so many red flags for me. her constantly telling grace “i don’t want to push you into anything” then basically shoving her to make decisions was so off putting. the ending felt really rushed but overall i really liked the first half, more so the wedding part. grace was so sure of what she wanted and it was honestly sad to see the author portray that grace’s own necessities were turning into lia’s if that makes sense.
