The Midnight Library by Matt Haig

5.0

The Midnight Library is one of the most interesting books I’ve ever read.
I related strongly to Nora’s life and her character arc.
The feeling that you are insignificant in the world is a real and very upsetting feeling for a lot of people.
Mrs Elm, the librarian helps Nora and in turn the reader realise that life isn’t about all the regrets you have or all the mistakes you make.
Sometimes a different life isn’t always a better one, no matter the choices you make, a life is for living.
And this book embodies that belief. I’d recommend it to any having a hard time in their life right now.
It honestly helped me see my life in a different light.
