I enjoyed this so much! Not only did it make me want to visit Italy but it always left me craving Italian food. 😆
This book is a beautiful story of 3 different generations of women. It really reminded me a lot of my own immediate family. They’ve hit a spot in life where they can’t seem to understand each other and this trip to Italy is a way for them to reconnect as well as heal from their misunderstandings.
The way the author describes everything really made me feel like I was there. If I was listening to this on audio, I could have closed my eyes and pictured myself there.
While it did feel rushed with the difference romances, I let myself get swept away in the freedom each of the women was experiencing and just let it be. The one with the priesthood right around the corner though was WILD. I guess I still have some lingering Catholic thoughts. 😂
Overall a great read and can’t wait to read the next one!
