Kills Well with Others
by Deanna Raybourn
This is book 2 in the Killers of a Certain Age series. We are back with Billie, Helen, Mary Alice, and Natalie. Once again, someone is out to kill them, and they have to work to save their own lives. This book was just slightly less enjoyable than the first one. However, I was happy to read about the Venice location and culture. I started by going back and forth between reading and listening, but I ended up listening to most of the book. I thought the narrators did a fantastic job with all the accents. In addition, I think this book could potentially be read without the first book because enough information is provided throughout the story as to what happened in the first book. However, it would ruin the first book, so I would still recommend reading both books.
