I Want to Die but I Want to Eat Tteokbokki by Baek Se-hee

This was a super quick read at only 4 hrs but it is a complete free second hand therapy session. I pulled up this one for popsugars prompt on k-pop because the author literally mentions in one sentence that her company works in that industry. I think this would be classified as a therapy memoir there are some good takeaways! There were some laugh out loud moments and there were times when I really felt bad for the author. There were some relatable parts too. I really appreciate how her therapist was given a space to react to the book at the end. 4 ⭐️
