Wow.
Full disclosure. My first exposure to Slott's Spider-man run was issue 1 of Superior Spider-man and I was not a fan. But that is mostly my fault - that was my attempt to jump into non Ultimate Spidey comics. And this run is not the place to do that. His Big Time run is. Aside from all of the building he does for the payoffs here, it helps to have a backing for who Spidey is before Otto takes over.
This run has everything. From a who's who of talented artists, to crazy plots and some serious heartfelt emotions. Great splash pages and funny jokes and lots of Spidey easter eggs.
