7th Heaven by Maxine Paetro, James Patterson

5.0

Even though the book's center is Lindsay, other woman take turn being in the limelight. This time it is Yuri who is trying a case against a call girl. Only problem is there is no body, no evidence, no motive just the recanted statement of the girl. While that is going on, Lindsay is working an arson/homicide case targeting the wealthy. The criminals behind this are intelligent but no regard for life. This book like the others are a very quick read and I enjoy catching up with the woman and their lives. Hopefully Lindsay and Joe can figure out if they are in it for the long haul or should they part ways? I still give this book 5 stars even thought the last 2 pages leave me puzzled.
