Laws of Physics: Time by Penny Reid

3.0

Whilst it was nice to see Mona and Abram get their happy ending, this volume was oddly devoid of tension, the obstacles our heroes face are relatively easy to overcome. Dare I say it, I'm not sure this merited three books, but could have been sewn up in two? I would have also loved about 300% more Marie and Matt, I could have happily read an entire book set at their wedding, but alas, it wasn't to be. Still, Penny Reid is one of my favourites and I eagerly await reading Cletus and Jenn's cosy mystery, and rereading all my favourite books of hers as I navigate the sleepless nights with a newborn (my daughter isn't three weeks old yet and I've already reread Matt and Marie, who will be next?!).
