Characters:
Dani is such a fun and real character. Making her a rapper and businesswoman was a great and interesting decision. Jameson is down absolutely terrible. He reminds me of Darcy from Pride and Prejudice they way he is smitten and actually kind but says the absolute worse things and seems like an asshole because he is socially awkward.
Plot:
The book was unique and refreshing. I knew they would fall in love obviously but I couldn't easily predict where things were going to go plot wise. The influence from real royalty could be felt but it was still unique on its own. I felt the rival aspect was overdone and almost cartoonish. It was the only element of the story that annoyed me.
Secret Sauce:
The banter between them was good from their first meeting. The chemistry was insane and the romance was developed very well.
