Hmmm this book was a disappointment after the first one. It was certainly entertaining and has a compelling story which made it easy to read.
But there was a lot more sex in it then the previous one. Also many of the sex scenes were almost identical.
Ususually what I love so much about Nalini Singh is her incredibly fleshed out worlds. The sexy characters just make it that more interesting.
Sadly this book ended up being much more about the sex and left out a lot of the interesting world stuff.
There was a lot of back story for the main character, though it was interesting, it wasn't that well woven into the story (or maybe it just spoiled the ending for me).
I am hoping that the following book will have much more stuff about angel society, community and history.
