Red Notice: A True Story of High Finance, Murder, and One Man's Fight for Justice by Bill Browder

5.0

I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY ABOUT THIS BOOK!

It starts out as a wild and deep dive into the finance world. So much of investment banking is hard to comprehend but then going to war with the Russian markets is so much more than I've ever known.

Then the story becomes a fight against Russian corruption and brutality. It's so intense and very sad. I had no idea the details behind some of these policy shifts.

This is an unreal story. It is all the more depressing now that almost the same thing has happened to Navalny.
