The Woman in Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware
4.0

It was a quick little mystery. Good enough to keep me on the edge of my seat but I felt like the revelation fell short. I like to get hints about the solution to the mysteries but I do not like it when the writer just puts it into my mouth, saying that 'Oh, you should've figured it out by now. It was like this and that.' I didn't like the main character either. Lo was unstable, always drinking, always scared, always depressed. She needs help, but she's not open to any, and her friends and family don't really take her seriously. Getting close to the end, and the only thing I've observed is the disappearence of most characters. They were there, described and left a print on Lo's life and then *whosh*. Nowhere to be found. It felt like the book was rushed at the end towards the conclusion. And what's the matter with Judah? Lo broke up with him but he still pretended to be her boyfriend. And she was ok with that? It felt kind of strange.

In the end, it was a nice read. Wouldn't read it again though.
