Wow, Emmanuel just made my mug overflow with all of the emotions.

I’ve been following Emmanuel’s career ever since he played for Texas and moved into the NFL, playing for Cleveland and Philadelphia. I’ve been following his social media for years, and when he started his video series I was hooked and began getting friends and family involved. We’d sit and watch every new episode together.

When I found out about this book I was excited and I couldn’t want to read Emmanuel’s words. I couldn’t wait to have the significance of his video series in the palm of my hand in book form for me to constantly turn to.

Friends, this book. Just... wow. If you don’t have it yet, please get it. Please read these words.
I genuinely felt that I was sitting in the room with Emmanuel as he talked. A conversation between friends with high and low emotions throughout.
This book will make you squirm and challenge you. It will light a fire in you to keep fighting for change. To keep fighting for equality. To keep fighting for our Black friends and family. This book is like a hug from a friend, encouraging you to keep going.

This book was incredibly powerful for me.
