i really enjoyed hemlock. it surprised me—in a good way. i went in expecting more of a traditional thriller, but it read more like a psychological romance with a slow unraveling mystery at its core. definitely more emotional and character-driven than i thought it would be, but that ended up being what i liked most about it. not what i expected, but a really solid and engaging read.
