Wow This is the first "book" by Colleen Hoover I have read. & this book made me feel things I haven't in a while. We follow the woman named Quinn, She's engaged to be married to a man named Ethen. She steps off the elevator at his apartment and sees a man standing outside. & they strick up a conversation.

Graham. Graham is the man who is standing outside of Ethen's door, he is there because his girlfriend is in there with Quinn soon to be husband. well when the two are heard having sex Quinn & Graham end up talking and eating Chinese food in the hallway.

Then the book takes a turn into the future. Quinn & Graham are married, Quinn becomes very bitter because she can't conceive. This whole time this really had me all lovey-dovey, until I hear Graham had an affair and that's when it became real like, you guys are perfect what am I hearing the type of thing. I was like Oh no he didn't That about ended it for me. I had high hopes but honestly, I was already hooked I couldn't have ended it if I wanted to. That's what I loved about this book. it had me then dropped me and then broke me.
I tell you I'd love to own a copy of this book for my bookshelves and ill be telling all my friends you have to read this book.

I felt the ending though. When I had high hope that Quinn & Graham would have a child. but I could really relate to the fact she had to face the facts of not being able to carry a child. but I could really feel her pain when she had the miscarriage and a hysterectomy that is what hurt the most.
all in all this book was what I expected.
I do suggest that you read the triggers for this book, it covers some things that might be hard for some people to read about.
