I really enjoyed the storyline. I am always a sucker for books about books.
Here we follow two main characters: Mukesh and Aleisha. Both protagonists going through difficult times in their lives. A found reading list will tie them together as they navigate through the endless weeks of summer reading incredible and heartbreaking stories. I really enjoyed seeing the growth and development between our two protagonists. We also got randomly interspersed chapters where we see how the same reading list affects other people in this world.
I enjoyed it, but I don't know if I would re-read necessarily. It does make me want to read the other books listed.
