I was so excited to get back into the Below Deck series and it did not disappoint šŸ˜ with the return of one of the previous MMCs (whom I will not name as it’ll spoil the first book šŸ‘€) as the love interest again, it was so fun to see him in a new light with a new romance.

All of the characters (as always) were so well written and I found myself falling for one of the side characters completely due to his sweet and loving bromance with the MMC.

There’s a few heavy topics discussed such as Gemma’s mental health after going on a reality dating show that left me with a lot of thoughts and I think the way young people’s experience with social media and being in the public eye was done so so well.

The humour between Brits and Americans that had me laughing out loud in book 1 made a return and I couldn’t be happier. With so many fun and wonderfully saucy and spicy moments (one of them in chapter 1 - this book starts off hard and fast… šŸ˜)  this book was lighthearted and an easy read. And I finished it in about 24 hours. Like I could not put it down. And now I just need the next one 🤩

You can absolutely read this as a standalone but to understand the relationships more I would definitely read book 1.

Highly highly recommend this book and series if you want some lighthearted chick flick spicy spice romance set on a cruise ship 😘
