I spent most of this book saying “wait…what?” It was constantly throwing curveballs, and not always in a good way. The premise was great, and the twists kept me going—I was dying to know how it ended, but I found it confusing and hard to follow most of the time. If I hadn’t been doing a buddy read I might have DNFd it. But the ending was very intriguing and I’m glad I stuck through it!
