Plot or Character Driven: A mix
Strong character development: Yes
Loveable characters: Yes
Diverse cast of characters: No
Flaws of characters a main focus: Yes

I liked the development of their relationship, but there were parts especially towards the beginning that screamed unhealthy attachment and in the real world would be ultra red flags
(see: every time Nash said he needed Lina in order to be okay, told her not to leave, or his depression disappeared the day after they slept in the same bed. Meanwhile Lina is all like “haha that’s too much to put on a girl 😉” while also thinking “I’ve never had anyone NEED me before!!” Yikes)

I liked Nash’s character development much more than Hunts I think because it didn’t seem as abrupt of a shift and felt more true to the character. Personally hated the plot part of the ending
literally the same thing as TWNGO, the female character literally gets taken by the big bad and the man jumps in and saves the day!!!!! I feel like there were so many other ways to take it and it was a rough blueprint of what went down in the first lol

Honestly it was really cute, loved Lina and Nash’s dynamic and also all the spicy scenes. Talk about buildup. Will probably read again at some point before the third comes out!
