Sensitive Is the New Strong: The Power of Empaths in an Increasingly Harsh World by Anita Moorjani

Same message in different words..

"You always want to bring yourself to a space where you're feeling more loved. Always, always. You want to show yourself that you need to learn to accept yourself more and love yourself more. That's how you shift into a higher frequency.

Just remember, love is the answer to every single problem in the world. Love is the solution to everything."

"The thing about vision boards is that if you don't see your desire manifesting in the way you want it to, you start to feel fear and doubt. And when you start to feel fear, you lose that original place of love and inspiration that you started with.

If I'm going through a difficult time, it means that my present moment is not going the way I'd hoped. You don't want to create from that place. If you're feeling angry, scared, or frustrated in the present moment, you kick into survival mode, and you're closed off to inspiration. Our creative juices stop flowing when we're in survival mode, so we can't envision a good outcome. Instead, try focusing on figuring out what could make this moment better, even if it's a baby step. No matter the condition of your life, figure out what could improve, whether it means spending some time with loved ones, time alone, time listening to music, connecting with your higher self, asking what the situation or moment is trying to tell or show you, or even just asking yourself, who would I be if no one were watching? that's what I do.

So if we set goals, or even create vision boards, we may be frustrating and limiting ourselves with that restricted vision of what's in store for us, because we can't see all of who we truly are.

I could never have imagined this life. I didn't even know such a life existed!"

"Just shift your focus to just trying to feel better in that moment"

"Your only job is to love your current self and find joy in this current moment, as long as you do the best you can with the present moment, you'll be allowing the best possible future to unfold."
