Julie is a master storyteller. I’m convinced that she is either an assassin herself or she knows a few. The way she pulls you into the world of The Company makes me think that she herself is a Company girl.

We’ve known Sasha for several books now. She’s grown up before our eyes since she was introduced in Taut. I have been looking forward to her story since Coming For You. I wasn’t disappointed. I can easily say that this is my fave book since reading Taut. (I mean come on, that has Ford Aston)

I have never, NEVER connected to a line in a book, the way I connected to one in WL. After I read this line, I had to take a break. I couldn’t read a single word after. I had to process what I read and wipe the tears that were streaming down my face. I also had to message Julie and tell her how much I connected to the story at that point. I couldn’t read more for a good 30 mins after.

“I’m dying of loneliness. I’m drowning in a sea of shattered dreams and wasted lust.”

I mean, come on! As someone who has suffered from depression, I could relate to that line like you wouldn’t believe. I needed Sasha to get her HEA and if she didn’t, I was going to be so pissed. That message of love that I sent Julie may have turned into one of hate.

Jax. Sigh, that man. His words made me want to crawl into my kindle and steal him for myself. He’s the kind of hero that I fall in love with instantly. I liked him from the first word he uttered and trust me, his words just kept getting better and better.

“You’re safe with me, Sasha. Always know you’re safe with me.”
“Love is easy, and not one moment of it is wasted.”

Swoon! Ford has always held my heart as my fave character that Julie has written, but I think that Jax is banging on that pedestal to knock him off. Jax is def right up there with Ford.

We get insight, into what the whole gang is up too. This book ties up the whole series very nicely.
