Born a Crime: Stories From a South African Childhood by Trevor Noah

5.0

A different kind of autobiography, but it feels genuine.

It doesn't really explain / sensationalize how Trevor Noah became "TREVOR NOAH!".

What it does is give a small piece of background information & growing up, which may explain Noah's origins & mentality. As such, this is a compelling piece, which makes the reader thirst for more and then be sad that it ended "pre-maturely".

It's almost like a cliffhanger. I can't wait for the next book.
