Elizabeth recommended this book and I enjoyed it quite a bit. It successfully intertwines New York and the its music scene as characters in this edgy young adult love story. The dialogue is quick and witty and the pace is great. It was made into a pretty decent movie with Michael Cera, although I don't quite like how they turned the power dynamic and changed the focus of the plot.
